"The property, cleanliness and staff are great. The beds are comfortable and our room size was superb for a city hotel. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely should not be missed. The big minus point is they don't give milk (small containers that hotels use) for your tea or coffee in the room and it is troublesome to call housekeeping and get some milk to the room especially when you just wake up and want a nice cup of coffee! The mini fridge doesn't cool as well as it should too."

"We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids during an intense heat wave. The AC was incredible, both in the lobby and the room. The pool, however, was less than 1 foot deep and full of debris, which was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our older son slept downstairs on a pull-out couch (he is not a fan of pull-out couches, but enjoyed having his own bed) and our younger son fit with us in the upstairs bed.
