"Well the ambience was excellent, but they could be little more humane, because they stick to the check in time strictly, i have been to other hotels were the staff understanding the tiredness of the journey though it's well before the check in time are courteous and allow us to stay. If the hotel management works on this it will be great"

"We had a great stay at Rossio Plaza Hotel. The hotel is nice, compact, very clean, and the location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of Lisbon and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Just be prepared for European-style smaller spaces and rooms. Amenities-wise it’s very basic, but that wasn’t a problem for us since we were out and about most of the day anyway. It’s probably not the best option for families with kids, but it’s perfect for solo travelers or couples. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a comfortable and very central place to stay"

"This is a great modern hotel near the airport. It also is an 8 min walk to a train stop. The breakfast was amazing and the facilities were wonderful and very different than other hotels. The lounge was like nothing I have seen at any other airport in the world. The lounge is a great place for digital nomads to work or even meet clients. The workout facility was the best of any hotel facility I have stayed at in Europe. Uber to the airport was fast and inexpensive. The pool on the roof was nice but above eye level, so if you were there to sunbathe you can't see the water and it was small and not big enough to swim a lap. Front desk was amazing, fun and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again."
