The hotel was very clean, and I had a lovely quiet room with an excellent view. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and though it changed little day to day I always left satisfied. One evening there was quite loud music coming from one of the restaurants somewhere below my room, at bedtime I did need to close the glass doors tightly to get to sleep, I missed the beautiful sound of the ocean that night. I probably wouldn’t return to Sesimbra, but not because of the hotel or the area, there were a few things I did not have time to do or see. It’s just that there are so many other areas of Portugal that I want to explore the next time I visit.

The hotel has received an upgrade, what is well done. The only thing what still needs an upgrade is the pool, this should happen coming November. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and the location in the town is excellent, everything in walking distance. (this is the 4th or 5th time we stayed here)

A pleasant holiday.

A lovely hotel. Amazing staff. I had a deluxe room, very comfortable bed and a great view. A good internet connection. Spa was amazing. Just an observation; I paid extra for half board and it was not worth it. The special menu is limited and lacks variety. It is better to opt for the al a carte menu.

Fantastisk beliggenhed.

Placeringen findes ikke bedre i Sesimbra, men hotellet er ikke et 5 stjernet luksus hotel. VÊrelserne er slidte og selvom der stod de type vi bestilte var renoveret i 2024 sÄ passer det ikke. Gulvet der lignede trÊ var i vinyl og havde sluppet underlaget, sÄ dÞren havde svÊrt ved at lukke. DÞren til badevÊrelset bandt sÄ meget at den dÄrligt kunne lukke. Tapetet havde sluttet flere steder og sÄdan kan jeg blive ved. Gulvet pÄ badevÊrelset blev vasket en gang pÄ 9 dage. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke god nok til et 5 stjernet hotel. Ville vil komme tilbage, ja det ville vi nok alene pÄ grund af beliggenheden. Nu kender vi sÄ ogsÄ hotellet og ved hvad vi gÄr ind til.

Loved everything about our stay in the hotel But they need to fix all the missing tiles at the bottom of the outdoor pool. For a 5 star hotel this was very shabby looking disappointing. However the staff was fabulous the room beautiful and the location perfect.

Hotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer

Der Empfang könnte besser sein. Leider wurden wir nicht darĂŒber informiert, dass sich unser Zimmer im NachbargebĂ€ude befindet, sodass wir zunĂ€chst verwirrt waren, bis uns die hilfsbereite und freundliche Gouvernante half. Es war auch enttĂ€uschend, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht ausschalten ließ. Der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksservice war sehr gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl. Der Kellner mit seinem brasilianischen Akzent war stets sehr aufmerksam und gut gelaunt und sorgte gleich morgens fĂŒr positive Energie. Er wies auch sehr gut darauf hin, dass es ein Problem mit den Möwen gab und immer jemand am Tisch sein sollte, was sehr vorbildlich war. Abschließend muss ich den Service im Restaurant am Abend loben. Sie sollten sehr dankbar sein, einen so guten Kellner zu haben (er ist Portugiese, spricht aber auch perfekt Englisch). Er ist sehr aufmerksam, kĂŒmmert sich hervorragend um alle GĂ€ste und berĂ€t hervorragend. Wirklich erstklassiger Service! Auch die KĂŒche ist ausgezeichnet; das Essen war außergewöhnlich. Ein grosses Lob an Ihre Mitarbeiter. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist natĂŒrlich phĂ€nomenal, dies aufgrund der super Lage.
