"At check in the male member of staff was friendly but gave no information about the hotel like breakfast, car park, gym, pool etc.
Our room was Sunset Suite which was a large room. The settee was made into a sofa bed already which wasn’t required. I asked a cleaning supervisor if the sofa bed could be changed to the settee but she didn’t speak English. I used the room phone to call reception and asked them but the girl said no it couldn’t be changed back. I asked a cleaner and she gladly changed...

"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site.
