Quilpue Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Everything was really good, great place to stay for short visits. I’m trying to contact the desk now but I finding it difficult. I have my room key for room 414 with m in error. My wife will be staying at this property next week so she will be returning the key to the front desk then. I was able to contact the desk because I’m using an Argentinian phone service right now. Lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood! Our room was spotless, we had a bottle of sparkling white as a welcome, breakfast was fresh and delish. The atmosphere of the Castillo Rojo is just charming! Happy hour every day on the patio...just wonderful! The staff could not have been any better! We LOVED our stay at the Castillo Rojo and loved our stay in Santiago!

The morning breakfast was good . The staff at the registration were terrible not very friendly especially the lady named Lilly. The room was clean .Overall, it’s okay except for the registration person.

Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan.

Nice room. With mini kitchen. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms facing the front get noise from the three elevators going up and down all night. Need ear plugs.
