"The staff was nice, the room was disgustingly dirty there were stains on the bed spreads and on the mattress themselves, the sink kept backing up with every use. The walls and baseboards were gross, the tub still had someone else’s hair in it. I definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend anyone else to stay there."

"BEWARE. There are better options. If you're like me, Quality Inn Shenandoah Valley isn't where you want to stay. I like budget hotels and I have realistic expectations. All I want is reasonably clean rooms and reasonably friendly staff. "This property is nestled by the river, which is such a lovely spot. Donna is such a wonderful innkeeper; she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and it was made with love. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I read the reviews before and they gave bad impressions. the price for the room on a weekend's night was too much. we decided to stay here because of its location which saved us plenty of time driving up and down the mountains. however, after checking in, the room was much better than expected. it was quite clean. there was a big screen tv and a heater that worked well. neighbors were nice so i couldn't hear any noise at night. the staff was so-so in terms of helpfulness....

"Nice clean establishment. Breakfast was what you would expect eggs, bagels, etc so good marks there. The only thing was no elevator. It’s only a two story so the stairs weren’t an issue but thought it odd there was no elevator."
