"We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. "overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels,...

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "
