Great Front Desk Service

Customer service by front desk was outstanding! Hotel is located in bit of remote area just outside of city. Front desk arranged taxi pickup at 3 AM to airport. All went very well thanks to outstanding service.

We chose this property for our last night in Queretaro due to its proximity to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with the property and the staff. The room is like a townhouse with a bed on each floor. The room was very clean and well decorated. It was a perfect room for our early morning (3 a.m.) wake up call! Would highly recommend for ensuring that you avoid the city traffic as you head out to the airport!

Staff were helpful in getting us a cab and answered our questions. However there were stains on the bed and no blankets and it was quite cold. The room was uninviting and very cold, the floors and bathroom were clean. The food was terrible and came with no cutlery. We only stayed one night so can’t speak to the other facilities.

The staff was extremely gracious, professional and resourceful. The rooms are large and clean. The lighting is a bit too low. The hardest part is the highway traffic noise that is ongoing all day every day and night.

It was in an industrial area, nothing to do or see. Unsafe to walk to the only restaurant off the property. Hotel food was terrible. As a single female senior I felt very unsafe. The unit was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating when I had to switch rooms because Wifi wouldn't work. There was no water or cups or glasses to drink with in the room. No coffee pot. Pool was dirty couldn't use. At $177 for the room, I expected more.

Clean room and very beautiful architecture. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed at 3:00. I had seen it advertised that it was open until 9:00. Uber to town took 45 minutes because of traffic. This location is not very convenient. The pool was closed too. Not very many people were here so we did have privacy. The hotel aspect was lovely but calling it a resort is an oversell.
