"This was a great stay. Actually exceeded expectations at every turn. The Holiday Inn was nice, the room was excellent, and the staff very courteous! The restaurant had great food as well. All at a very reasonable price point!"

"We stayed at Yooma Brussels for 2 nights (6/25-6/27/2026). We were assigned to Room 411. When we entered the room, a portion of the floor was sticky like it was not not cleaned. The room temperature was 23.5 degrees C (74 F) and was warm. So we lowered the temperature to 19 degrees but after an hour the room temperature rose to 25 degrees. "The style of the hotel and general ambiance is more of an Arc Deco style from the theme, all in all fairly well presented. The staff was excellent and super helpful, the daily breakfast buffet was a nice assortment of eggs, potatoes, bacon, assorted cheeses, ham, and if you wanted to get cereal it was available. "The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with."

"Great location within a 1000 feet of Central train station and a few blocks from historic city center. There was a lot of road construction in the area which might be hard for someone arriving by car, but our room was quiet and we did not hear traffic or road work. The rooms were modern and spacious. The only difficult part was finding the actual entrance. It’s not well marked and the door is locked. You have to ring a bell for entry on your arrival. Once checked in, your room key opens...

"BTSのライブの際に予約が取れて本当にラッキーでした。スタジアム目の前です。お部屋には電気ポットがあり便利でした。ライブ前後も十分に休息出来ました。スタッフの方も親切に行先への案内もして頂けました。少しバスルームが古さを感じ、シャワー扉が完全に閉まらなくてお水が床に出て濡れてしまいましたが、BTSライブというブリュッセル自体が大変混んでいた日にこちらに宿泊出来て本当にありがたかったです。"

"The check in staff were very rude and wanted everyone’s ID. This was very strange and never heard of this before. I checked in my luggage and they never could find it so I would have to go help. The elevators are extremely slow which caused a lot of frustration from everyone. The location is ideal but not sure this hotel meets Marriott standards."
