They went above and beyond. They accommodated our late arrival. We were given very specific instructions on how to park and gain access to our room. It all worked perfectly. Our room had a glorious view of the lake and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they provided a variety of options. Our view from the breakfast room was lovely. I loved queenstown.the weather was beatiful.my b&b had a really good breakfast,with a view.loved qalking to town,but the hill on the way back up,was pretty steep.good exercise. I went with lux tours,and our guide tommy,was great.it was the milfred sound tour.i walked down the hill to the holiday inn, to catch the tour.my favorite place in town,was "patagonia",the chocolate cafe.fantastic desserts.this was my favorite town on this trip.my room was great,and confortable.

Loved this place and the staff! So welcoming, so charming, such a completely great experience! Our room was lovely and spacious, and it was stocked with a few items in the fridge upon our arrival.
