The room was very clean and staff very helpful for any questions and requests. The highlight of the room was the amazing view of the surrounding mountains, and the close walkable proximity to the gardens and downtown.

Both the staff and the hotel are first rate

The location is very convenient, close to downtown. The rooms are very nice and the staff was of a great help.We went for the Milford Sound cruise and were able to leave our luggages with the hotel. Thank you.

Clean and updated apartment. Very comfortable and convenient location. Quiet at night. The washing line is appreciated as is the outdoor table & chairs. Great views and lovely cared for property.

Huge room with a great view and within walking distance of downtown (but you do need to walk up the hill ). Staff was very friendly at check-in and offered free milk for morning coffee. Great kitchenette too.
