"Big property. Lots of steep stairs to access common area and room. Maintenance needed especially on outside of house and grounds. Excellent breakfast. Beds are adequately comfortable."

"The location of the hotel was ideal. Being right on the board walk, we were close to lots of restaurants, a gorgeous walk along the harbour and had great views. The room was clean but missing a few things (shampoo, conditioner, towels) which the staff filled quickly once we asked. The pool and gym were clean and had great hours (5:30am-11pm) which was perfect for our family."

"The room was clean. The front counter staff were patient and helpful, able to answer all of my inquiries. They were able to help me out with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was good, with good variety. The breakfast staff made sure food was stocked and the area was clean. And it was really nice that they had a Culligan water station in the lobby, so I could fill up my water bottle on the way out in the morning."

"This was the second time staying here this year. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood, a good size for a solo or couple, and has a decently stocked kitchen."

"The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children "
