"Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy."

"Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Angefangen von den sehr dünnen Wänden und deshalb lauten Zimmer, bis hin zu einem sehr unaufmerksamen Personal. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte konnte das selten gelöst werden. Die kleinsten Dinge waren immer ‚against the rules‘. Bis auf Ana an der Rezeption hat sich niemand wirklich gekümmert. Auch der Service im Hauptrestaurant war ziemlich schlecht. Man hatte das Gefühl als ob das Personal absolut keine Lust hatte oder kein Englisch verstand....

"Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß, sodass jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte. Allerdings würde ich nicht empfehlen, das Hotel am Wochenende zu buchen. Es ist dann leider viel zu überfüllt. Zudem haben sich einige einheimische Gäste nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll verhalten, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die kommen in großen Gruppen ! Meine Empfehlung: Wenn möglich, lieber unter der Woche buchen."

"Really great location, good value for money. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. There are also some cute cats around the resort, very friendly. Breakfast has good options. We had dinner once at their restaurant, as we had B&B only but there were plenty options.
