"The Royalton Grenada was a beautiful resort, but the rooms were underwhelming. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa. However, upon arrival, my room had a roll away bed and a visibly broken sofa bed. When you sat on the sofa, it made the loudest creaking sound. In addition, the balcony door was broken and malfunctioning. These issues were brought to the attention of management and the door was remedied, but it took a few days for the bed to be corrected. The resort itself was beautiful, but the initial experience did taint the overall excitement."
