"We stayed only one night at Tru by Hilton but the experience was great. Excellent location, nice views of Ha Long, nice & clean rooms which look brand new. Highly recommended to anyone planning to stay on the mainland."

"Hôtel super sympa très belle chambre avec un très grand lit et une bonne literie, un accueil super sympa tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous , vous avez l’impression de faire partie de la famille, il y a même un jeune réceptionniste qui parle 3 mots de Français, bien placé en plein centre avec de quoi manger ou boire un coup à pied la plage un peu loin mais faisable à pied aussi , une location de scooter à petit prix est disponible pour ne pas se casser la tête..

"Lovely boutique hotel. One of our favorite so far. Good noodle soup—saw some locals eat there as well. Lovely surrounding area— walk along the ocean. You need to drive or take a taxi to the port. "
"Was a lovely stay in a clean room with helpful staff. Unfortunately I was sick on my one full day there so did not explore the local area. The main bars seem to be a 20 minute drive away though."
"We were picked up from hotel and driven to Halong Bay and then dropped off the next day back to the hotel. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. The guide was attentive and the meals delicious. Unfortunately it was quite foggy when we were there but it only added to the mystery of the area."
