"Peaceful "

"Made welcome on arrival. Clean room with kitchen facilities. We had undercover parking with our room. "

"The room was a great setup for a family with a separate kids room away from the main living area and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. YouTube on the tv was helpful with the kids. Bathroom spotless and nice tub. Alpacas, a sheep and bunnies were on the property and the owner gives you food you can hand feed them. Great playground and grassy area for kids to play on. Really friendly and helpful owner!"

"Nice pool and friendly staff. Recommend anyone wanting to go into the thermal hot pool to book in advance. It was all booked out the day we arrived. "

"Lovely big rooms, well equipped, nice new pool and spa area. Great for families. Perfect location for town, main Mt Beach, Piolet Bay and at least 10 cafes and restaurants under the Towers. Easy underground car park."

"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"The room worked well for me and was quite spacious. It had all the kitchen tools I needed and was located in a quite area. The only drawback was the WiFi access was lacking some evenings and the front desk was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay."

"Great staff to deal with. Prompt and caring. We stay here alot and the only constructive feedback I would give is, fill up the amenities products (eg showergel and handwash etc). I have noticed there is always very minimial in the containers provided in all my trips. Probably something the housekeeping check and top up during room clean up at after check out."

"This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again."
