"A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La. "

"Friendly welcome in the check-in counter, Ken delivered a good and quick service to do the check-in. The staff in the 1/F restaurant also provided hospitality service. This a nice stay in Crowne Plaza Quanzhou. "
