Kommen sie nach Zentral Java

Das Hotel bietet eine sehr angenehme Atmosphere. Das Personal war wie für Indonesien üblich sehr, sehr freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Die Zimmer mit Poolblick sind sehr großzügig vom Platz her. Ja, das Frühstück ist ein Mix aus Europa und Indonesien. Wer da nicht etwas für sich findet, dann weiß ich auch nicht - einfach großartiges das Angebot. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig, man findet sofort eine Liege und die Bedienung am Pool ist ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Vom Zimmer mit Poolblick, hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Berge, die sich gigantisch in der Höhe erheben. Besuchen sie die Berge mit den zahlreichen Ausflugsgebieten, es lohnt sich. Gehen sie essen im Hotelrestaurant, es ist ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und vergessen sie nicht die Bar mit Livemusik im Hotel, super Dance Music, mit allen was eine Bar haben muss. An- und Abreise erfolgte mit dem Taksaka Panoramic Express von Jakarta. Nur 5 1/2 Stunden und wie im Flugzeug. Bedienung und Komfort *****. Mit dem Auto können sie auf die doppelte Zeit kommen.

The room are so spacious. The breakfast buffet is full of authentic indonesian food and delicious (I'm indonesian). Th amenities is great, the staff are friendly. They have children playground as well near the breakfast area. The only improvement to make is to clean the moldy part on the curtain. But the room, bed, bed, and everything else is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Service and Value

This was our first stay, at the Java Heritage, over a 10 day period during the holiday season. We were surprised at how highly proficient the staff were from the moment we entered the hotel. Dwianti was the first to greet us with a warm smile. She later delivered our luggage to our room after a less then 5 minute speedy check in by another warm and helpful staff member Dhati. The room was noticeably large, pool view, 2nd floor with a balcony. The bathroom was clean with very hot water. Everything functioned properly; fridge, tea maker, lighting and the air-con was very cold and easy to adjust. Bed, sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. The pool was large and never overcrowded during our usage. The breakfast was a huge plus, fresh coffee and many choices for locals as well as westerners. A trainee, Gie, was helpful as he filled several of our requests. The location was an added bonus, as everything we needed was in walking distance and public transportation as well as hotel drivers were ready at call. All of the pleasant surprises and a superb, kind staff were a result of the tremendous leadership of the General Manager Hilman. We saw him several times during our stay and he always reached out with a high level of professionalism and was thoughtful, kind and at times humorous. Thank you Java Heritage.

Menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga, lokasi hotel sangat strategis di pusat kota Purwokerto, kami menginap di cottages deluxe yang terletak di belakang gedung utama. Gedung utama sepertinya masih baru namun untuk cottages adalah bangunan lama, beberapa perlengkapan masih menggunakan nama hotel lama (Dynasty Hotel) seperti cangkir. Untuk sarapan lumayan bervariasi dan cukup enak, sayangnya kolam renang sedang dalam renovasi.
