"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff"

"Clean and friendly staff"

"The pool was small but a great temp and well maintained. The staff was very attentive and kind. The hotel was clean and well kept."

"Lights in bathroom and by bed flickered occasionally . Sound on tv would fade in and out."

"Stayed here for a week. It’s in a great location and easy to find. Beds were comfy and my room was spacious. It was clean and the staff was great, however, it’s pretty worn down. Could use a refresh!"

"Exceptional staff. Clean and comfortable."

"Avoid if you can!!! The staff was excellent!! The room was horrible and they charge the same price as Residence Inn, 2 blocks away ( where I usually stay, but this trip, they didn't have a room) The room odor was sooooooo bad, I used an entire bottle of Febreze pet odor eliminator, thank goodness the window opened. The room had zero supplies, you had to ask for anything you needed. The room was in complete disrepair... my shoes stuck to the kitchen and bathroom floors. The shower looked like...

"Had an issue with bugs all over the room, primarily by the window with the A/C unit"

"Very clean room, cleaning staff super friendly and all acknowledge you and say hi when your walking the halls."

"Clean and spacious hotel room. Staff were friendly and inviting. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Minneapolis."
