This hotel might be one of the best hotel in that area. Property appeared being remodeled recently, looked new, clean. Staff are friendly, but communication a bit of difficulty, due to few staff speaking and understanding English. Breakfast buffet quality is pretty good, would be super if having more variety.

The Cabo de Hornos is wonderful! I stayed one night on the way home from Patagonia, and found it comfortable, lovely, welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend to travelers. The staff was particularly helpful.

The decor and feel of the hotel is wonderful, from the lobby to the room, it’s beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely. Opposite the square, and walkable to the bus terminal, cafes, restaurants etc. Would recommend to anyone staying in Punta Arenas.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location, amazing staff

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious, comfy bed, amazing bathroom!! Excellent locationas well. The breakfast was excellent, great selection of food, so good. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in punta arenas.
