The staff helped get us a ride from the airport to the hotel before we arrived. The rooms were clean. The shower pressure amazing. When we woke they were ready with coffee and a great spread for breakfast. Would recommend this place for sure!

I stopped at the Hotel for only one night on the way to Puerto Natales. I arrived on a night flight (2h30 a.m) and I was very happy for its 24hrs front desk reception. I had a good night sleep there. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful.

A must stay

The hostel is clean, well maintained and friendly service. The beds are comfortable and showers has lots of very very hot water. The hotel is centrally located so can walk every where. Breakfast is free (coffee, eggs, toast, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and fruit salad). Also can take breakfast to go.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was over the top delicious. Provided us with a boxed lunch on the day that we had an early morning excursion. We liked it so much that we cancelled another booking and stayed there again on our way back from our northern destinations.

Conveniently located, tidy, with tiny rooms.

Clean and simple. Breakfast is included. Rooms are *tiny* and some things could benefit from a little maintenance. Otherwise reasonably priced and very convenient to everything in Punta Arenas. Service is friendly but not many english speakers on staff.

Not a wow experience but recommendable just the same. Comfortable beds a linens, breakfast was there, nothing to write home about, but it did the trick. They didn't offer a second coffee but I got one at the airport, coffees addict here. Great location.

This is a diamond in the rough. From the outside, you would never expect such a nice clean place inside. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. And, a nice breakfast was included. If you just need a clean quiet place to spend the night, this is the place.

We just spent one night, the staff was great. Our room was on 1st floor so didn’t have to negotiate stairs. The room was neat and clean, bed comfortable. Walls were pretty thin though. We had supper in the restaurant, very good. The breakfast was not a buffet, each place setting was set with a portion of fruit, yogurt, cereal and pastry. Waitress offered scrambled eggs or an omelette, we chose the omelette, great breakfast, again, staff outstanding.

Nice hotel, but Room #11 is terrible

Overall, the hotel was well located, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. My complaint is our particular room (#11), which was surrounded by hallways on 3 sides and had no exterior windows for ventilation (the result of a poorly planned addition to the building). The bedroom "window" faced directly into one hallway, and the shower "window" faced the back of a sheetrocked-over wall of an adjacent room. Overall I recommend the hotel, but do not let them give you room #11.

Budget hotel

This is a budget style hotel, the price is suitable for that and it is not a bad place, I feel the details on Hotels.com oversell the hotel and raise expectations, if it had been clearly a budget hotel I would have been expecting what we received. The restaurant is a cafeteria with largely simple reheated dishes. The room has a good sized bed but that takes up nearly all the space. We were initially given a twin room (booked a King), we were moved but would have asked to move anyway as the chair in the room was badly stained and similar marks on the carpet. The next room was equally small but clean and a good shower. The upstairs lounge area was full of cleaning equipment during our stay, sofa covered with piles of sheets, vacuum cleaner etc, not very welcoming. Breakfast included was a small selection of items already on the table when we came down, wrapped in cling film, small bowl of cereal, tinned fruit salad, fruit yoghurt, pastry, fruit juice, eggs to order. The only choice was with the eggs so a lot ended up wasted. The staff were friendly and helped with baggage which was needed as there is no lift. For a one night stay this was fine and the price reflects what we received, I just think the description on Hotels.com raises expectations

Staff were friendly. The room lacks sound proofing and needs renovation badly. The cleanliness was questionable as we found black mold in the shower, very disgusting. Our room was in front of the housekeeping supply room and very close to the kitchen, so lots of activity and disturbing noise during the day and until late night.
