Hostal Hielo Sur was a great place for a night! Breakfast was AMAZING. Would recommend sleeping with ear plugs but otherwise would stay again :)

For the price you really can't beat it. About 20 min drive from the airport and 15 min walk to city center. Quant and cozy spot.

Do not stay here.

This place is terrible. Tge front door is always locked with no way in if no one is at the front desk. We had to wait 15+ minutes multiple times. No one speak English. The rooms were filthy. Stained sheets. Hair on covers. The food was also horrible. Hard rock bread. Not allergy conscious.

Basic not quaint or cozy

Wouldn't recommend. Room was clean but bathroom had mildew. Cramped room and very tiny bathroom. On a main road, can hear every car go by even in the back room. Maybe take your chances on another property in this price range.

Un hostal muy lindo, la habitación que me tocó tenía un tragaluz muuuy grande y no tenía forma de taparlo para evitar la entrada de luz y poder descansar bien, tenía mucha filtración del viento y por ende entro un poco de tierra

Bien, pero podría ser mejor

No estaban atentos a recibir pasajeros y nos quedamos fuera por mas de 30 minutos para poder ingresar. El resto bien. Pero podria mejorar ofreciendo agua caliente de libre disponibilidad por ejemplo para un té.

Buena opción.

De la limpieza nada que decir.... muy buena. Lo que falta es quizás tener en la habitación un mueble y en el baño también. La habitación no tenía dónde poner ciertas cosas, considerando que nosotros fuimos por 6 noches. El closet sólo tiene para colgar ropa, entonces falta una repisa o un mueble adicional. El otro problema que tuve fue que el día 31 consulté si había problemas con el horario de regreso y me indicaron que ninguno, pero al volver al hostal, eran las 3 de la mañana y costó mucho para que nos abrieran, sin mencionar que la persona que lo hizo, fue bien desagradable. Nosotros pasamos las 00 hrs. con familiares, por lo tanto por eso llegamos a esa hora. Me pareció mal, porque en la página dicen que están atendiendo 24/7. No fue la forma. La atención de los otros días, fabulosa.

飯店業者承諾的收費竟然在我們旅行過兩天就又多收費用,email也不回覆,服務態度讓人難以忍受,讓我們的旅行非常掃興,不想吃虧的旅客千萬別在這裡住宿. The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel.

Bof, mais vraiement bof

Hôtel vetuste presque délabré avec des chambres au comfort ridicule Ok pour une nuit. Plus c'est suicidaire Le personnel est très gentil et Punta Arenas vaux la peine.....
