"room was bigger than expected and had an Ocean view. Layout of the property was terrible and I was expected the elevator to break on us at any time. The suite front door would not open for us the following day and had to be repaired. The food at happy hour was horrible. All costs were increased by almost 30% with all the added fees and taxes. I had to get my own lounge chair at the pool from was back and was eaten alive by sand fleas, my bites are still painful and I had repellent on. "

"This was a true resort. Very large property where you can relax and be entertained without leaving. Great pools, especially the fish salt pool. We kayaked and walking the grounds was great. Even had fantastic show on Saturday night. "

"All was good. Things were a little dated but everything was clean an working. Really liked the setting with the little porches around the pool and all the gardens. We arrived late, cooked dinner in the kitchenette and swam in the pool with the night lighting. Very nice atmosphere. Only thing we didn't like was the noise on the road from behind - was on the weekend and could here several loud motor bikes going by throughout the night."

"As many other reviewers have noted, the setting is spectacular. The expectation is that such a beautiful property must surely be 5 star rated. But upon closer inspection, its luster quickly wears off. The huts are all tired, and in need of some updating. Wallpaper is peeling, and torn in places, and cleanliness is below average for any level of hotel. Perhaps most disappointing was the quality and variety of the restaurants. They were simply abysmal. Imagine a mediocre breakfast buffet for $50+! Or 2 cups of coffee for $12! Bottom line – if you’re OK with eye candy, gracious hardworking staff, but horrible dining, you’ll be happy with the property. If you want a true Hilton 5 Star experience, you won’t find it at this disappointing location"
