"The place is very open, peaceful, clean and very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Kenatea, the manager is very nice. Our flight is not until late in the afternoon and she let us stayed in our room until we are ready to leave for our flight. "

"From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. "When we arrived at the property we found out that we didn't have a reservation with the hotel-even though Expedia had said that we were booked- so that was quite a surprise as you can imagine !With the island being heavily booked we were worried but the front desk lady was so wonderfully good that she took control of our situation and found us a spot at another hotel right next door for one night. "Great stay! Breakfast is continental with cooked to order eggs available with daily changing smoothie. Clean and neat property. Airport shuttle was a plus. Property owner very friendly and helpful. Few overall trip notes: -“Taxi service” around the island is a challenge, be prepared to wait -DreamTours offers great island tours -Henua Market great for groceries and snacks -Great souvenirs at the airport and at the end of the National Park at Rua Toki-Toki."
