"If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile"

"The good: Beautiful building, background and breakfast. The bad: host that work from 8-6pm is terrible, rude and not helpful at all. If you are planning on sleeping three people in the second floor with a nook specially in the summer, rethink this. The nook is extremely hot, impossible to sleep. We ended up sleeping two people on the bed and the other in the floor. Thai is not acceptable. Overall I would stay in the same area but different hotel or bed and breakfast."
