"The room had been cleaned but clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. There were spiders in the corners, stains all over the carpet, and sticky residue on the desk. The pool was closed the day we arrived and the hot tub remained closed for our entire weekend visit. The cleaning staff scolded me when I entered my room to grab an item I needed during their daily clean. I took my daughter down to the “heated” pool after they reopened it and it was freezing cold. It is overpriced for the quality. "

"Nice clean rooms . Staff was great! Showed me to my room. If you’re looking for a great place to sleep after a long day fishing or snowmobiling this is it. Only downside was no microwave in the room. "

"Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars."

"The staff was very hospitable. The drain plug in the bathtub in room 23 slowly leaked water out, so that should be secured so that you can take a long bath if wanted. Beyond that, very pleased! :)"
