Location is perefect middle of the city, close to everything. Only that traffic is noisy beacause the windows are not isolated like here in Finland. You can here everything from the street. This was a low seasontime so apartment was quiet. Its renowated and was clean

The high reviews on this site are not representative of our stay and the description and images are misleading. The kitchen is shared with insufficient dishes and cookware and the place is tired… broken drains (2), oddly spraying shower heads and faucets (3), worn and sparse towels, empty soap… etc. The check-in and was confusing due to conflicting information from the site versus reality and required having phone service… the location was good and the AC worked well!

Top Platz für Pula!

Wir warten für zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und hatten zwei Zimmer gemietet. In einem der Zimmer (Nr. 4) war das Bett um einiges schmaler als die Matratze darauf. Darin zu zweit schlafen ist leider nicht möglich. Zum Glück waren wir nur zu dritt und konnten daher unsere zwei Zimmer untereinander tauschen. Die Informationen für den self Check-In kamen in mehreren Nachrichten per WhatsApp. Auch eine kleine Verwirrung konnten wir so mit der Vermieterin klären. Einzig, der Parkplatz war dann nochmals etwas umständlich. Dazu musste ich sie spät abends noch stören, um zu erfahren, wo dieser ist und wie ich da rein komme. - Gut, ich hatte nicht erwähnt, dass ich einen Parkplatz brauche. Aber eine kurze Frage danach ganz am Anfang hätte da einiges an Ärger erspart. Der Parkplatz ist nicht kostenlos, wie das die Website vermuten lässt. Aber einen so günstigen Platz mitten in der Stadt muss man erst mal noch finden. Ist es allemal wert! Die Lage ist perfekt! Nahe am Zentrum. Nur wenige Gehminuten von den nächsten Cafes entfernt für den perfekten Start in den Tag. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über eine Küche, die wir jedoch nicht nutzten.

Alles in allem eine solide Unterkunft. Hatte zum Glück ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof daher war es ruhig. Die anderen Zimmer gehen zu einer befahrenen Straße raus. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, man erreicht alles in nur ein paar Minuten. Essen, Cafés, Lebensmittel, Shopping, alles nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Einziges Manko bei meinem Aufenthalt,war ein defekter Lattenrost im Doppelbett. War alleine unterwegs, daher hab ich dann einfach die andere Bettseite verwendet.

Fabulous and inexpensive, what’s not to like.

The en-suite rooms were spacious airy and very comfortable. Having access to a clean and well equipped kitchen dining area was an absolute bonus. This is a property that is ideally situated in a central location and I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend this accommodation to any friends or colleagues travelling to Pula.
