We have had bad health over the past ten months so to get the extra assistance when we really need it is so appreciated by us. Little things like carrying in an armchair that assists me in sitting which after having a knee replacement helps me a lot. We appreciate the good service. "

Beach houses are mostly well equipped. I'd recommend either visitors to bring or property to provide: large black bin bags, as all rubbish must be taken off the island with you, towels (no hand towels in property) and same with soap/shower gel.

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very warm & comfortable. Like that there was a choice of pillows & the bed was very uncomfortable. Close to the Plume restaurant & shops in Matakana village. Staff were extremely helpful & kind. They gave us a lift to the restaurant in a golf cart due to it pouring down with rain ☔️
