Good experience!

Our experience was good overall! The pool is nice and employees were very nice to us. The only thing we missed was hot water in ur shower. The rest, was great!

No se quede aquí Este hotel llamado el parador del Gitano es una estafa donde tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente y aparte te roban las pertenencias , estuve hospedada con mi familia esposo u hija el día 23 al 25 del septiembre 2022 donde fui hurtada por los propios empleados que son los únicos que tienen llaves de las recámaras me robaron mis pertenencias de finito a mente no recomiendo este lugar la comida es repetitiva y no tienes elección esto es una estafa la administradora es una grosera y no tiene nunca argumento para lo que dice solo es una mala atención con los extranjeros que quiere robarles tantos en los costos que tiene el hotel , investigue antes de adquirir el servicio. Del hotel y miren los comentarios u los casos que an pasado ahí This hotel is a scam. it has terrible customer service and apart from that they steal your belongings, I was staying with my family September 23 to 25, 2022 where our stuff was stolen by the employees themselves who are the the only ones who have keys to the bedrooms they stole my belongings. There is no security or cameras so the owner says it’s your fault. I do not recommend this place at the food is terrible and you have no choice this is a scam the owner is rude and never has an argument for what she says it's just bad attention. With employees who want to steal. Be very cautious before even considering this terrible “hotel.” There’s is no security for your belongings.

El verdadero parador del gitano

Un gitano es alguien que va por la vida y le importa todo poco. Así es este hotel, una muy mala atención por parte de la señora que lo maneja. Las personas de servicio son geniales. El parqueadero es “a su suerte” sobre la vía, y yo tuve la poca fortuna de ver google street view y no lo supe, entonces me responden groseros de allá diciendo que “ud vio las fotos que estaba al lado de la carretera y aún así reservó”. Yo entonces me disculpo por haber reservado así, la próxima prefiero reservar en el quinto infiero que volver aquí. Un saludo para tan bellos propietarios.
