Hacienda Nápoles trip
The front desk staff was super friendly and we were able to check in with no problems. The room was basic yet comfortable. The hotel was located in a very natural setting and you felt you were among nature. Not for the parts I did not like. Breakfast was included, we arrived at breakfast and the majority of the food was gone. We took some fruit to get started while we waited for the pans to be replenished.. they brought eggs, yet only brought enough to get for one child. It was a while longer before more eggs were cooked and brought out. Needless to say, the breakfast was disappointing.. As I said earlier, the room was comfortable for the time you are in it.

Es un hotel relativamente bueno para Doradal. Pero tratan se hacer conejo con el pago si uno reserva vía Hotels, Booking u otra plataforma. En mi caso me cobraron 20 por ciento más de lo pactado

Excelente lugar y un paraíso escondido. Deberían de mejorar el servicio del área de la piscina y barra, son personas que no tienen empatía y no tienen ningún interés que la pases bien hasta te dejan hablando solo. En lo demás es un paraíso y la comida es excelente. Gracias 🙏

Buen lugar para pasar fin de año
Es un hotel confortable, la comida del restaurante buena, el desayuno típico también bueno, esperaba que por ser ecoparque tuviera más lugares internos para caminar, pero para eso era necesario salir del hotel.
La fiesta de fin de año fue fantástica, muy buena orquesta, buena organización y ambiente.
Era una habitación premium pero no tenia mini-nevera mientras que las cabañas si tenia.
Las actividades que ofrecen deben tener términos claros y definir la responsabilidad en la toma de estos servicios extra.

Excelente paseo familiar Rio Claro y Napoles
Paseo familiar a la zona de rio claro y hacienda Napoles, escogiendo este hotel al estar equidistante de ambas atracciones.. y pese a que el ecohotel está a 12 mins de Doradal todo lo puedes conseguir en el hotel
