No frills, quite basic. 2 body towels, floor mat towel, no washcloth. Bath tissue, but no facial tissues. Roku TV, must have your own subscription. Balcony, but not private. Meets the basic needs. Staff was amazing!

100% recomiendo este hotel! Cada que vamos a peñasco nos quedamos aquí y no nos decepciona. Buena ubicación, agua caliente, camas excelentes, aire acondicionado, limpio. El Personal muy amable. No tienen elevador y televisión es Roku lista para poner tu cuenta. Para nosotros eso no fue inconveniencia, además de que estuvimos en la playa la mayoría de tiempo que de hecho está muy cerca!

DO NOT stay or reserve a room. I reserved a room and I checked in they stated all rooms taken. They confronted my reservation but didn't hold room like other reputable hotels do. What hell it was to find another hotel at last moment, higher cost, lower quality hotels at last minute and additional taxi cost. Front office person really didn't care that they didn't have my room. Just a nightmare!!! Horrible horrible hotels and customer service.

En cuanto al personal de limpieza fue nefasto no limpiaron el cuarto, no colocaron toallas limpias, el papel higiénico se acabó, cuando fuimos al loby a pedir más estaba cerrado. La única persona amable fue una chica que nos ayudó con toallas y nos cambió el control de la televisión, eso fue el miercoles 1 de Julio. En todos mis viajes han sido placenteros en cuanto a servicio de hotel, pero esta vez muy mala experiencia, fue el regalo para mi hermana que cumplía años y le quedamos mal.

CLEAN HOTEL, HELPFUL STAFF, GOOD LOCATION, GREAT A/C. BUT…. IN OUR OPINION THIS IS A ONE NIGHT STAY HOTEL AND NOT FOR A FEW DAYS VACATION…WHY?…NO REFRIGERATOR, NO ICE MACHINE, NO MICROWAVE, POOR INTERNET CONNECTION, NO POOL, NO SAFE BOX IN ROOM, NO TELEPHONE. THEY GAVE US A ROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR. BUGS COULD GET THROUGH REST ROOM WINDOW EASILY SO WE HAD TO HAVE THIS WINDOW CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. HOTEL WITH VIEW OF THE STREET FROM THIRD FLOOR (NO OCEAN VIEW). AT LOBBY THERE WAS NO INFO FLYERS THAT WE COULD USE TO HELP GUIDE US ABOUT SPECIAL PLACES AROUND THE AREA. HOTEL NO RESTAURANT, BUT RESTAURANTS ARE NEAR BY. ADDITIONAL INFO: IN TOWN THERE IS NO BUS OR UBER TO MOVE AROUND, ONLY TAXI, AND IT COSTS 50 pesos PER PERSON FOR NEARBY PLACES. I RECOMMEND WALKING AS PLACES USUALLY ARE WITHIN 1 to 2 KM BUT DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER YOU WILL MORE LIKELY END UP PAYING FOR TAXI. NOTE: BE AWARE THAT IF YOU GET A TAXI, THEY ARE NOT PRIVATE FOR YOU, AS DRIVERS CAN PICK UP OTHER PASSENGERS ALONG THE WAY TO RIDE WITH YOU..
