I love this place, every staff is willing and happy for help. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident during stay, but the manager quickly solved it and sincerely apologized. Everyone works very hard and thank them for their efforts.

Very small beach area with tons of moss and rock so swimming or getting into the ocean is undesirable. Hotel did have great service and the entertainment crew was absolutely amazing. Food options were limited during the day and every restaurant had a small menu with a bigger section for additional charges even though the resort was all inclusive.

The resort was beautiful, and some staff were better than others. My only complaints are that this resort does not have a beach. When you look at the photos, it makes it seem like there’s a beach, but there really isn’t. If this resort would’ve had a beach, it would’ve made it so much better. I also didn’t like how the pool bars closed at 5 when most pool bars at resorts close at 7. And sometimes they only had 1 bartender at the pool when they really should have 2 bartenders at all times in the pool bar. After the pool bars close, they do have other bars that are open but those close at 11 PM which I also thought was kind of early. Other than that, it was a very relaxing vacation. This resort is more for relaxation.

The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities you need to never leave the resort. However, it was a ways away from the shopping and restaurants in Cancun. They do have taxis waiting outside the gate for convenience.
