The property needs urgent restoration. The sheets were dirty. We found other people’s hair in the bed. The carpet were like 30 years old and . Even the towers were old thin, and one was even not well washed . The air condition was very weak and the control didn’t work him so we asked for a new control which was not working. Neither The air condition unit itself seemed to be out of a museum. Staff was extraordinary friendly. The breakfast was poor again. Staff was extraordinary friend friendly. Here you can clearly feel that the owner doesn’t want to have more investments and it’s just feeding on the attractiveness of the waterfalls of people who anyway just come once. This kind of experience is a really bad, not for the property because they will always have people coming, but for the the province and the country itself.

Proximity and service

Close to the airport. Close to the waterfalls park. Rio de Uruguay bus stops right in front of the hotel (and drops off across the street. The restaurant has great food. If you are looking for a hotel with spacious rooms, near the airport/park, and with food on site then this hotel is perfect. My room was spacious, but the bathroom needed to be updated. No big deal.

The hotel is located in a good area but is far from being a 4 start hotel. The hotel needs update. The hallway’s shades are old and need to be changed. The pool need repairs and the furniture in the rooms are old and uncomfortable. The staff however were nice and courteous. The breakfast was real good.
