La peor decepción

Fue la peor decepción de mi vida , nos casamos y decidimos ir a su hotel paradisiaco según las fotos y promesas de publicidad,la habitación pequeñita y sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador con vista a un patio con escombros y a la calle, el cobro fue más de lo que nos habían dicho $630000 y pagamos hasta por hacer el aseo a la habitación, no lo podía creer, el aseo en general deja arto que desear,para un hotel supuestamente de la categoría que ustedes promueven. Hay Cabañas que por $50000 son lejísimos mejor que su hotel y no lo digo por molestar o desquitarme por lo vivido en mi luna de miel , lo cotizamos mientras estuvimos allá ,podría explayarme mucho más pero no creo que valga la pena, lo que diga no cambiará lo vivido en su hotel

Teniendo como referencia el resto de las instalaciones de Huilo-Huilo, lo que son los lugares de salones y terraza muy agradables. Mi problema fue el baño donde el mecanismo de descarga estaba defectuoso y el de la ducha también con problemas, lo que crea una incomodidad que no se condice con el precio.

El hotel Marina del Fuy es excelente, el personal muy amable el desayuno buffet delicioso, en general la habitación es de buen tamaño y la limpieza muy buena, les recomiendo al 100% el lugar, a excepción de que no cuenten con auto o bicicleta las actividades dentro del parque quizá les queden lejos.

Excellent endroit

Endroit magique, personnel adorable et accueillant. La structure tout en bois est moderne et faite avec beaucoup de goût. Très propre, tout le confort y est. Restaurant très bon et petit déjeuner bien complet. Seul point qui resterait à améliorer est l'insonorisation.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, right on the Fuy lake and close to all the wonderful falls and trails, besides the amenities of the rest of the Huilo Huilo hotels.
