This hotel was exceptional!! Great personnel, excellent receptionist who recommended really nice tours and drivers. Great servers at the restaurant in the evening, we enjoyed it. The pool area is very serene and beautiful, overlooking a beach with baby sea lions 🦭❤️

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. They upgraded us to a free breakfast every day which was good. Views were nice but sometimes the smell from the sea lion colony right there kind of smelled bad, but that was not the hotels fault. Great location.

2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel.

Rooms were clean and super nice. Seemed like a very new/modern hotel. The view from our room was stunning and breakfast was very good. Would 100% come here again. The hotel is also in a nice location and it’s easy to walk around town or down the path to the beach.

Possibly the best lodging in all of the Galapagos. Fantastic rooms with gorgeous views of the ocean and nearby sea lions. Joao at the front desk helped us plan all our island excursions and made us feel at home.

Fantastic service

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indigo hotel. The service in particular was superb with all staff being friendly, approachable and intent on making the stay a great one for the guests. The hotel was perfectly situated with a wonderful view over the Bay Area. Highly recommended for any visitors to the island.

Amazing 4 day stay. Incredible combo of hot tub and super heated pool for wonderful sunsets. Mauricio manages a top operation. I will recommend highly to USA friends looking for a hotel and day trip option to cruise only. And we saw a Blue Footed Booby from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the harbor and sea lion beach.

First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. Thank you to entire staff at hotel for making the trip amazing. A special thank you to Mauricio the general manager and Erika for the help on the trip.

I liked being able to immediately walk out to swim with the sea lions. I had to get used to asking for face clothes; something that is apparently not part of this culture. The restaurant should label the items on the breakfast bar. The staff was SUPER!!!
