Room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Staff was very friendly. They let us check in early and they held our luggage safely after checkout so that we didn't have to wander around town dragging luggage while we waited for the ferries to and from San Cristobal

Easy Access to Everything

Spacious room with comfortable beds, effective air-con, and fast wifi. Just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.

The place is very good and the people there make you feel like you are at home. There is only one thing I wish they could improve and it was the Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom.

Location is convenient

The room was large and clean. Our vacation consisted of staying in 5 different hotels and this was the only hotel that did not supply any complimentary water. There was also no coffee pot or refrigerator which is fine since it was not advertised. What they do advertise is Wifi which is so spotty almost none existent. We stayed here four nights. This hotel was the only one in the area with wifi issues. Local restaurants, ferries, coffee shops, etc had no wifi issues. When it was brought to their attention there was no response. Location is 4 minutes from the pier and 15 minutes from the Charles Darwin center.

Las camas muy cómodas tamaño okay, buen A/C es un hotel sencillo y la ubicación excelente sino molesta la música de los restaurantes por la noche. Ya necesita mantenimiento. El Desayuno es muy limitado y sino llegas tempranito ya no alcanzas nada :( necesitan ponerle un poco de ganas y variedad porque no se antoja. Creo que sería mejor publicarlo como continental no buffet.

El personal siempre muy atento y amable con cualquier requerimiento, el desayuno variado cada día habían cosas diferentes. Las instalaciones limpias, además que el hotel está en el centro y se puede ir caminando a cualquier lado. Sin duda volvería. Una experiencia que la recomiendo

Excelente hotel! Reservé para mis padres y ellos estuvieron encantados con el hotel, la atención del personal y el ambiente. Limpieza, tranquilidad, seguridad y buen desayuno. Un lugar con una ubicación perfecta para cualquier plan. Ellos de seguro volverán a hospedarse en el hotel y yo obviamente también, gracias por todo al hotel y su personal.
