This location is perfect, clean and has all you need. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and spacious! We made the reservation very last minute and everything went smoothly. I believe the AC was broken when we arrived since the screen didn’t allow us to turn it on. It wasn’t an issue with the balcony door open, however, when we returned from breakfast the next morning they had fixed it! We hadn’t said anything. The staff was incredibly friendly and we enjoyed our short stay:)

Very beautiful hotel. Beds are comfy, staff is excellent and polite. Location is unmatched being right in the Atlixco Zocado. Rooms are very nice. The only thing I would just say negative but it’s super minor. Is the cleaning crew will unplug electronics while gone which I don’t mind but also will reset the AC which when you’re in the blasting sun all day I’d like to come back to a cold room but that’s just me. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Right in the heart of the zocalo with places to eat and shop within walking distance. The coffee across the street at the Italian Coffee shop was delicious!!! The hotel is worth the price. I hope to return in the near future.

The hotel is located on the town square which is very quaint and pretty. Very walkable to restaurants. The hotel is extremely clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. There are no closets or drawers in the room for clothing.

Clean room and clean hotel. Would be 5 stars if the lights were working properly prior to walking in. Half of the ceiling lights in the DELUXE room did not work. no toilet paper given. Refrigerator was also not cooling. Basic check of these prior to assigning guest would’ve been great to avoid being given a bad room. Only after several calls and them attempting to fix, and me requesting a room change is when they switched my room. If you leave at night beware they lock the front door without telling you and you have to ring the doorbell for the overnight staff to come open. I had to ring for about 10 mins wondering what was happening before the guy wakes up from his sleep to open the front lobby door. Terrible experience
