Nice rooms

This was the last stop on a China trip that included two Shangri-La's, 2 Hyatts and a Renaissance. The Four Seasons was a paradigm shift. From v.g.- excellent to magnificent. Wow, this hotel is exceptional. We decided it would have been on our bucket list if we'd only known. The key is the business lounge, where the service is terrific, and the food even better. Oh, and the pool. I wouldn't usually mention a pool, but this has an amazing view of the mad lights of Pudong. Great in the daytime but...

excellent

Amazing experience good food overall awsum

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Room was very clean. The hotel grounds are so stunning, even more so after dark. We were happy just walking around the hotel grounds. If we wanted to go out and about the staff would organise a taxi ( very cheap). Highly recommend. An attraction by itself.

The breakfast is hands down the best hotel breakfast I've had. The staff excellent. Room was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and good location to get to main areas (~15min walk to the metro line 2).

nice room and location. near by shopping mall and supermarket.

Excellent location, overlooking the river. Rooms well kept. Really good service, professional and helpful.

Needed a place to layover after a long flight. Great hotel. Near the airport. Amazing room for the price

I like the hotel but there was no food , no open restaurants at night. It was very inconvenient

It was very nice hotel.staff were helpful and friendly. Transport available to and from hotel.breakfast eas great.

Great hotel, nearby to loads of different shops and restaurants, with the Line 15 metro only a 15min walk away. Clean, great facilities.

I was in Shanghai for several non consecutive nights on Business and stayed at the Sunrise on the Bund hotel. It was luxurious, clean, well staffed and the rooms were perfectly sized and included every possible amenity. Although it's about a 15 minute walk to the Bund area (very straight forward once you get your bearings) I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling whether for business or vacation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
