My family and I enjoyed this unique property. The outdoor space, the view of the mountains, lake front property and the close proximity to Pucon was great. Breakfast was great to start off your day. Beds were comfortable, not crowded at all for summer season. It was very tranquil and relaxing. We will most definitely go back and stay at this property again.

The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach. We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Dome Hotel Stay

It was an excellent stay. The dome was comfy and warm. It was located within a canopy of trees and right in front of the lake. The only item that needs to be improved is to have warmer water from the shower. We had a few issues with cold showers. However, the daily breakfast was wonderful.

Great cabin, poor service

It’s all about the cabin. Comfortable, nice, fancy and unique. The lake is gorgeous. A great experience into the woods. But, there is no service. Receptionist is there only at the time of checkin or checkout… otherwise you cannot find anyone around the hotel. Nor even at the breakfast. There is only a cook who come once to bring you some scrambled eggs and disappear into the kitchen. The breakfast is poor. Not many options. And, they didn’t turn on the lights of the hotel at night twice. I almost missed the entrance which is by the road, cause the sign was switched off. And I had the leave the car turned on the find my way until my cabin and turn on some lights.

I booked a dome with my family, including my pregnant wife, thinking it was a family friendly place as stated by expedia, however due to the poor design of the steps my wife fell off, since the steps are literally rounded at the edges. When comunicated to the lady that received us, she showed no signs of worry about the situation. I think the place is not family friendly, because of the aforemention fact and also the dome we stayed in hardly had protections agains falls. Also, since we went in winter, we found that the warming system (AC) is not powerful enough to keep the place nice and warm, so they need to do better with this as well (a larger capacity AC!). Finally, the reception dome is full of mold, in summary the domes need more attention and the staff be more emphatetic. Also bad for expedia to showcase something as family friendly when is truly not.

We loved the Yurt/capsules. Gorgeous view of the lake. Super cozy. Very comfortable King bed. And a experience in itself. Awesome rooftop view of the trees that I loved waking up to. Solid breakfast. You for sure need a car. It’s close to town but not walkable. Front desk not always there and it’s not a full service type hotel but they do respond to calls promptly. Overall very happy with the experience and would come back for the beachfront experience and views to wake up to!

El administrador es muy incisivo en sus intrucciones, prácticamente te trata como un. Niño y es muy muy insistente, super desagradables, el desayuno siguen siendo el mismo desde hace más de 10 años… Lamentablente dejé mi kayak afuera del domo, y me robaron un par de remos… la administración ni se hizo responsable y prácticamente culpándome a mí por no dejar los remos adentro del domo, que por los demás es súper acotado en espaci… Creo que los domos que dicen ser para 6, no cumple con la dimensiones para estar cómodo 6 personas, más bien máximo 4 personas cómodas en un espacio reducido.
