Friendly Staff, made sure we were comfortable.

At check in, the hotel did not have my reservation from the website. Also the price on the website is less than what they charge. The use a real high exchange rate. First room we got was used and dirty, we were promptly moved to a clean room. No other issues, afterwards.

The guy at the front desk was very disrespectful. We were not able to pay with the same reservation we had and before check out we made sure everything was ok he said we could leave only to be calling and calling me 1 hour later about not paying for 1 tea that could have been courtesy

Hotel Qallwa Pucallpa es un desastre!!!

Todo mal. Desde mi llegada. Quise cancelar en dólares y me hicieron el cambio a soles al tipo de cambio que maneja el hotel, aduciendo que no aceptan pagos en dólares. Eso fue una mentira porque luego me compartieron un enlace en el que el pago era en Euros. Lo informé y dijeron que era una "falla de sistema" (otra mentira más). No había agua caliente, la puerta del baño no era una puerta sino un corredizo (es una barbaridad para el tipo de habitación que pedí). No pueden llamar suite a un habotación que no tiene puerta en el baño. El jacuzzi un desastre. La comida que pedí a la habitación cara y muy mala. El servicio a la habitación llamando a los números del hotel (receprción y restaurante) muy malo porque no atendían y tuve que pedir delivery y para el recojo todo un problema para que autoricen la entrada y entrega. Finalmente y para coronar una pésima estadía: no me llevaron en la movilidad del hotel al aeropuerto porque, según ellos, la VAN se malogró y me subieron a una mototaxi que tomaron de la calle. Un tremendo desastre. El costo del servicio hotelero comparado con lo recibido no tiene correspondencia (pague 618 soles mas 95 soles de comida). No volveré y no lo recomendaré.

Me decepcionó muchísimo el hotel. Muy pocos protocolos de salubridad, no tienen funcionando el wifi en habitación, la ducha malograda (solo bota agua de la regadera movible y no desde la fija - principal), el aire acondicionado es una pesadilla, funciona cada vez que le rezas o cruzas los dedos, etc etc etc.. por $8 más, te vas a un Casa Andina que es muuucho mejor, de lejos.

The rooftop pool is incredible for new years! They have AC!! They are working on making many improvements. I definitely recommend that they use fabric softener for the towels. The water doesn't get very hot, it's more luke warm. In my room I had mosquitos but remember you are in the jungle.
