The room seemed pretty dirty upon entry. Staying there for a few days brought to light all of the issues. Stains on the sheets, scrapes on the walls, unfinished and damaged drywall, what appeared to be mold in the shower, broke tile, missing grout. All minor things that could be dealt with in a day or two. Add them all together and it just made for an unpleasant experience. The hot tub was over chlorinated. The milk at the breakfast was sour. 1 of the 7 that our family tried was okay. The other food was decent, and the staff were amazing.

Just few comments about this property. The room was immaculate, bed comfortable and the rest room adequate. As one with som3e physical; challenges it would be nice if the shower had a seat in it to facilitate washing of lower legs, etc. Also, I found the lack of waste baskets to be a bit confounding; one for the whole room. None in the bathroom or adjacent to the bed. Next, the lighting was inadequate; only one lamp next to the bed. A lamp, one on each side of the bed would be more convenient. The general lighting of the room was inadequate, The lights in the entry way being the only source of bright light.
