"They never came to clean all week. To get a towel, I had to go and get help because no one came. And to top it all off, I paid from Tuesday the 12th to Saturday the 16th. I left on Saturday and dropped off my soldier son there, and it turns out someone came and charged me again on Saturday. Saturday's charge was double. Horrible. I'll never go back to that place."
