"At check in i was tolf the pool was in order. It was 1030pm, i then said before we continue heck in are you sure that your pool will be open first thing in the morning. Like 6am. The night lady answered yes, but i could still refund you and you could go somewhere else. I asked a 3rd time are you sure the pool would be open. She assured me that someone was going to be there by 6 am to fix the pools. I had told them we had made the 5 hour dribe for my sons surgery the next day, and we booked this hotel due to the pool and hot, which both were not working.. again i was assured they would be. "This property was clean the whole hotel smelled of heavy marijuana use.we were on floor 2 and it was a no smoking floor I am sure that applies to marijuana! We had middle school boys with us for a bakeball tournament everytime they were in tha halls and elevators they smelled like marijuana. Staff just shrugged it off."

The heating system was not functioning properly and our room was really hot even though we set the thermostat to 67. But I would stay again just because of the unique set up. "

"Booked this for a work trip, the staff and room were exactly what I've grown to expect from a Hilton run hotel. Room was clean and when I had an issue with my room being 80 degrees in the middle of the night the staff quickly moved me to a new room. If you stay enough you'll eventually have an issue with a room it's inevitable, but the staff handled it perfectly. "

"Elevator and Halls smelled of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. People hanging out in staircase landings, and outside door latches were tapped open, so anyone can wander in at any time. I talked to person on duty, that stated they know these things, but cannot do anything about it. I made sure our room door was locked, security bolted, and jammed a chair under the handle for good measure. In the morning, I talked to the daytime supervisor, whom said that she wasn't aware on these issues. Then, I suggested a group that may possibly be responsible for the issues, and the supervisor said, " No, it's not them." Telling me that she had this issue previously, and knows who it is. But, she was unaware?!?!? "
