Incredible staff, very high quality of finish and bedding in the rooms and lovely food. Really top class with a mall next door for anything and everything you would need. Recommend to anyone coming to Kosovo.

Wonderful hotel

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The views from our window were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The first receptionist we met was a lovely girl. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived earlier. She knew the room had already been cleaned, so she kindly let us check in early. I hope you all enjoyed the Jaffa cakes during your coffee break! They also have an underground car park. Next to the hotel, there’s a barber shop where my son and I went for a haircut—just 5 euros each. A lovely bunch of guys work there! When I visit Prishtina again, this will definitely be my number one hotel. Thanks again to the receptionist!

Hotel novíssimo. Check in rapido, café da manhã muito bem servido e funcionários atenciosos. Quarto novo, com boa roupa de cama. Estacionamento fácil na frente do hotel (nao fui cobrado, estacionei no pátio, mas pode-se parar na rua também. Um Pouco longe do centro, mas como estava de carro não atrapalhou
