We arrived a little early but were shown to our room after a bit of difficulty finding the resident staff and hesitancy over our booking. The room was set up well and was roomy enough. The welcome folder was not up to date and we had some misunderstanding regarding details about meals. We found the property easily, though had to negotiate the lines of traffic both ways as visitors to the "12 Apostles" entered and left the parking area. Unsealed road to the property had some potholes.

This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the twelve apostles. So close and so quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception when we arrived. Everything was perfect and the shower was unbelievable on a cold night. Couldn’t fault a thing

Very convenient location for 12 Apostles. Clean, even if dated. The host was friendly. Quick check-in, easy check out. Tea, coffee, fridge, toiletries, towels provided, parking outside the unit. Ok to stay 1 night.

Amazing location, cute little ambiance. A quiet little heaven just in front of one of the most beautiful place on earth. The owner are new (so disregard old reviews :) ), and have great plans to turn the place around with animals roaming around, feeding time, and vegetables to pick up directly on the ground. Will be an awsome place to visit as a family!

Loved everything about the place!

It was truly incredible! The service was outstanding, we arrived at 9 pm and everyone we met was so nice, we had dinner made by a lady who works on the property and it was delicious homemade chicken curry and slow-cooked beef. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, the place is beautiful at night as you can see all the stars shine in the sky, and during the day you can enjoy the farm and feel like you're the only person in the place! The location is also good, 3 min from the 12 apostles, and very recommended if you're doing the Great Ocean Road like we did, I hope I'll get the chance to come back soon!

Comfy dog friendly motel

The motel is only around 5 min drive from 12 Apostles. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin with a porch and big grassland in front of us. The cabin is very quiet and clean, and provide everything we need, including microwave, fridge, heater, cooktop, etc. Bed is very comfy. Highly recommend for people visiting 12 Apostles.

Great location at an affordable price 3km from the 12 apostles, comfortable bed.walls are very thin, could hear the family next door late in to the night and early morning, no milk for tea/coffee and confusing after hours checking in process.
