I had to rent and pay for a microwave, parking was extra, and service was slow—room calls took an hour. At checkout, no help with luggage was offered. "I would only recommend this hotel if it was the last one available or just an overnight. Not that clean, cheap beds, feels like a rehab or prison , dim lighting. Only good thing was that it is in the center of Miami and they are doing no construction all night and day"
