I explained to her my reservation was non refundable and she told me Expedia is to handle it and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. "The check in staff and cleaning staff was courteous but the next day I wanted to pay $40 and extend my check out to late check out to 2:00 p.m. to enjoy my hot tub room a little longer and the lady at the desk said no they had to clean my room. Okay so now you lost my $40 and I would have spent another night but there was dogs barking all night long outside so bad that I had to drown the noise out and I couldn't even sleep half the night. Not very courteous or welcoming in that regard. "
