The property and rooms were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and polite, obviously knew their jobs well and what to expect in a given day based on weather and other outside factors. The restaurant was clean and the food was excellent. The greenery in the main indoor courtyarf gave a nice feel to the environment that is different from what I would normally expect at a hotel. Very nice stay.

None were adequate. Pool open but remaining hot tub area under construction. No elevator only stairs. Room not as advertised. Mold in caulking on tub. Broken safety latch, winow screwed shut full bed not queen, torn lamp Staff were less than helpful given I booked this room 1 month ahead. Parking lot was 1/3 full of dealership vehicles, no room to park. At one point had to park a block away from the hotel on the street.

The building itself is old. I love all the plants and tropical vibe. The staff had very minimal contact other than check in and check out. The facilities appeared clean upon entry but the sitting areas by the pool and the gazebo had garbage on the floor and in the water. The Rooms were stuffy, the TVs are very old (neither of the remotes worked) and the beds are extremely HARD. The toilet in our room was cracked at the base and the floors were very dirty. I had to wear shoes the whole time. If you need a room in a pinch for a good price for a family of 5 or 6, its perfect as some of the rooms have 3 beds, but there are better options.
