"We had no problem with the WiFi. It was a hot OC day so we were looking forward to taking a refreshing dip in pool. The pool temperature was as hot as the jacuzzi. Staff said it had a mind of its own. We had to ask for towels as there were no clean pool towels in either outside location. We decided to eat outside for dinner in seating area by pool but had to have staff clean up breakfast dishes that were left outside along with trash. "

"The guests were friendlier than the staff. None of the staff we ran into couldn’t be bothered with a nod - much less a smile. Only person that was friendly was the lady at the check in desk. The whole building is old and run down. Stains in the bathtub and bathroom floors. Faucet was leaking. The whole place needs an update and remodel. Kept getting kicked off wi-fi. Continental breakfast did not include hot eggs. Just cold boiled eggs. Good thing there were 2 restaurants across the parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The hotel was pleasantly done, our room was perfect , and loved that they offered shuttle service to Irvine spectrum for dinner . Roof top bar for drinks was a good night cap . Breakfast by pool with excellent service from Omar at honey and hive , then again at breakfast. "

The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed.
