Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Melissa provided us with an excellent complete breakfast. She was so attentive and hard working. The staff was friendly and helpful. Besides Melissa, special mention to Kyle and Buffy the manager. Kyle helped me jump our car. Buffy brought us a whole canister of coffee when there was a shortage of packets in the room.

The lady that checked us in was amazing. The room was very clean. But the website said the pool was open and when we got there it was closed for remodeling so that was very disappointing. We were laying in the bed watching TV about asleep and then the hotel phone started ringing the front desk called and we're hateful with my husband said we needed to keep the noise down. So we did not appreciate that at all.

Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. My only fault to the property was that we booked this hotel for the indoor pool access and it was closed unfortunately with littles you definitely want to be told this ahead of time. I woild have rebooked somewhere different had i known.
