"Friendly staff and clean room!"

"The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror. Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk. We will use again "

"We stopped here overnight real quick and for the price it was perfect. We didn't need much other than a clean place to sleep. The restaurant was under construction and it was not located near much food so dining options were limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."

"Beautiful room, we were in the Secret Garden apartment which was a very kind free upgrade from the Bond room we booked. Beautiful copper bath in the main room, nice and romantic. Rally big bathroom and shower with plenty room for 2 people. We will definitely be staying with them in the future and we may also try the lovely Aven restaurant they have on the ground floor. Lovely staff and apartments kitchen pretty well equipped, only thing missing is a small oven or airfryer, one of those would...

"This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here in a year. Excellent stay, we were a little early for check in, however we had been sent the check in details earlier, so we entered the building to see if the room was ready, I was greeted at our room by a staff member/owner, he was putting the heating on in all the rooms because it was so cold - very thoughtful touch. He even helped us upstairs with our bags. Couldn’t fault the service. We stayed for 3 nights - the only thing I would of loved was a few...

"Great location, well equipped and comfy. The room was clean, bed comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. It was a lovely touch to have milk and water already in the fridge as well as lots of drink choices and some biscuits. The view was the only downside as it looked out onto an alley with bins. The room also had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan if you needed them. "
