"Our third time staying here, always easy check in and nice rooms. This is the 3rd different room we have stayed in and the beds are so comfortable, in fact wish I could take the pillows home with me. Only thing I have to complain about is, this time the cleaner was knocking on room doors before check out time asking to be in them, it may have only been 10 minutes, but this time we needed all the time we had to get sorted and leave. The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. "A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival.
